Cassandra oversees the administrative aspect of Blue Couch Psychotherapy and ensures that our clients are matched with the right therapists and can access care in a timely fashion. In addition, Cassandra is responsible for managing the social media aspect of Blue Couch Psychotherapy, where she creates posts to highlight our services, team, and all things mental health.
As she pursues a Bachelor's degree in sociology, with a minor in psychology at McMaster University, Cassandra actively seeks opportunities to gain experience and progress in her role. Cassandra is a passionate mental health advocate who strongly believes in the importance of open discussions about mental well-being. Her interest in psychology is tied to her desire to address the challenges that society faces when it comes to mental health, and she is also passionate about law and justice. Her goal is to make a positive change by ensuring that individuals have access to the resources they need to cope with mental health struggles.
Outside of work and her studies, Cassandra enjoys spending time with her loved ones, cooking, reading, self-care, and exploring small towns!
